Personalised osteopathy and barefoot training in Calow & Chesterfield, focused on long‑term movement health.
I am a graduate of Swansea University, where I earned a First-Class Honours in my Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost). I’m passionate about helping my patients on their journey to better health.
My interest in osteopathy was born out of my own experience with chronic neck pain. It was an osteopath who took the time to see me as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms, and that approach inspired me to pursue this profession.
I believe your story is the most important part of your recovery, which is why I always begin by listening to fully understand your situation and goals. Whether you’re an athlete working through an injury or simply dealing with the strains of daily life, we’ll work together to find the root cause of your issue.
My treatment approach includes a variety of gentle and effective hands-on techniques, such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, Muscle Energy Techniques, and myofascial release. I am also a qualified Vivobarefoot coach, with a strong interest in strengthening and utilising the body’s natural mechanisms to support resilient, efficient movement. While I have a special interest in sports injuries and running, my goal is to help anyone move more freely and get back to the activities they love.
I am now available for appointments and look forward to meeting you.
Your story matters. Every appointment begins with listening and understanding your individual goals, not just your symptoms.
Treatment is informed by current evidence and tailored to what works best for you, combining hands-on care with practical advice.
As a qualified Vivobarefoot coach, I integrate natural movement and strength principles to support long-term resilience.

"I injured my knee badly and I couldn't even walk. I had the pleasure to see Elliot who was very good at assessing my issue and after the treatment, my knee feels 100% better now. He is kind and very knowledgeable, I highly recommend Elliot."
